Stephen Nicosia – Owner-operator at Nico’s way. A-class Technician with over 20 years experience, specializing in diagnostic and repair services for foreign and domestic vehicles including Diesel engines

Greg Caracost – Greg Joined the team at Nico’s just over 2 years ago, and has become an invaluable part of the staff. Our customers can always count on Greg to get their car back on the road quickly, the right way, the first time.

Leo– Leo is another great addition to the staff. He brings to the table over 20 years experience, and a high level of knowledge of both domestic and foreign vehicles. Leo has a tremendous level of integrity and honesty which is a standard here at NIco’s Way.

Ron Lebel – “Old Reliable” as we like to call him around the shop is our relationship development manager.
