Steve Nicosia aka "Nico" is the Boss here at Nico's Way Automotive. A Talented Well Rounded Master Mechanic with over 40 years of experience, a Long List of Friends, and a rich Reputation. Although well known for many things, perhaps best are his honesty and reliability. He is easily one of the most down to earth and humble people one can meet. As time has gone by, it is hard to catch him out of the shop or office, most of his customers have become friends, and word of mouth keeps his job list expanding. His appreciation and love are shown through his care and attention to each vehicle that comes in.

Known best for his great personality, Ed is as easy to talk to as he is loved. He speaks candidly yet kindly. Customers quickly warm up to him and appreciate how he takes the time to describe inspection findings or job details. He is always ready to be helpful, part of a solution, and a team player.

Leo
Although quiet, his presence at Nico's speaks volumes. Leo is a unique master mechanic who has spent more time under a hood or with a car than anywhere else. Starting as a child, Leo quickly learned about all things on cars. He works on cars like a skilled musician plays an instrument, except in Leo's case every car is a different instrument, and he can play them all exceptionally. He is best known for the pride he takes in his work, unmatched attention to detail, and the time he takes to make sure each job is a job well done.
