Frequently Asked Questions

How long will the repair take?
- Timing on repairs depends on the level of the repair or maintenance. It is our policy here to give you an idea of timing as soon as we know what the vehicle needs.
- We also give 2pm updates on all vehicles daily.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
- Yes, our warranty is triple the industry standard on most repairs. We run a 3-year, 36,000-mile nationwide warranty. So those vehicles that are doing some traveling are covered no matter where you go.
Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
- It depends on the repairs; there are some brands that require parts to come from the manufacturer. Other parts are not as important we decide on a case-by-case basis.
How often should I get my oil changed?
- We believe an oil change every 5000 miles when using synthetic oil is sufficient. It is usually good timing with the breakdown of the oil as well as timing to give the vehicle an overall checkup.
How do you figure out your price of repair?
- We have a set labor rate, and we multiply that rate by whatever the “Book Time” is for each repair.
- In some cases, more or less time is needed for the repair due to excessive rust and debris or accessories hindering the job.
- Time plus the price of parts, there is your price.
What is your diagnostic process?
- We do a 15 minute no wrench inspection, no obligations and, no charge.
Can I bring in my own parts?
- No, there are too many variables, and we cannot change to tie up the bays with wrong or defective parts. We have relationships with all the local vendors and have the experience to choose the right brand and part.
- Also, we warranty our parts and labor for 3 years, 36,000 miles in most cases. If we used outside parts, we would not be able to guarantee any of our work.
- At the end of the day, we are responsible for the safety of the vehicle, and we take that seriously. We want to be able to choose the best parts available for your situation.
